TRACK INFO
Come check out our 1/8-mile race facility, founded by Tom & Sharon Ledford, owner/operators since opening day 1970. (known as Manistee County Dragway thru 1984)
Track promoter/announcer Brian Ledford has been leading since 1995. NMD equipment and track prep manager Wayne Ledford has been on board since 2008.
NMD features a state-of-the-art Accutime timing system, with time slip booths on both sides of the racetrack to accommodate the massive facility. It is also fully lighted for night racing, with brand-new Daktronics scoreboards installed in 2025. Complete resurface of racetrack from 60' to finish line was completed in 2021 in addition to more paved pit roads, return roads and staging lanes.
